Should I submit my National Level Biotechnology Talent Search Exam certificate for Ph.D admissions?


i have written national level biotechnology talent search exam that is conducted on 27 Feb.iam qualified and i got 156 rank and merit certificate.can i submit this certificate for phd admissions .
