Question Papers of Postal Assistant Exam

Postal Assistant exam is conducted by the department of postal govt of India .

If You have completed the 10+2 standard with minimum above 60 % of marks from recognized board , then you are applicable for Postal Assistant Exam.If you are reserved category candidate then you can secured only 55 % of marks .

Your age should be in between 18 to 27 years old.Age relaxation provide for reserved category .

Postal Assistant Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

For the post of postal assistants in the post office you need to have a higher secondary passed certificate or its equivalent of a recognized board. Along with that you also have to secure at least 60% of marks in your boards exam to be considered eligible.

There is some relaxation available for the reserved category candidates. They needs to get only 55% of marks in aggregate instead. Apart from the criteria mentioned above you should also have English as one of your compulsory subject at 10+2 level.

In whichever state you want to apply it is important to be well versed in the local language of that state. This will help you to avoid any sort of language barrier at your workplace. You will get an edge over others if you have studied hindi at matriculation level or above.

Your age should not be less than 18 years when applying for this examination. This is the minimum age limit for giving this exam which is applicable for all categories. For the general category candidates the upper age limit is 27 years. There is however age relaxation for the reserved category candidates.

Exam Pattern:-

Part A- General Knowledge- 25 marks
Part B- Mathematics- 25 marks
Part C- English- 25 marks
Part D- Reasoning and Analytical Ability- 25 marks
