Which specialization has more jobs opportunities between Biotechnology and Food Science?
Which course is better between M.Sc Biotechnology and M.Sc Food Science and Technology in aspects of job opportunities and career growth? Which has more scope in abroad?

M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology has more scope in India where you have ample opportunities in Food industry as scientist, food technitians, quality analysts etc., And there are several government openings also available. However MSc in Biotechnology scope is not that good in India but in Abroad there is lot of scope for Biotechnology if you want to do job or Research.

Biotechnology is having better job opportunities and career scope than Food Science and Technology.
Hence I suggest you to opt for Biotechnology in your Post Graduation in M.Sc course. Admission for this course will be given on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam. Each and every University will conduct it's own Entrance Exam to give admission for this course. You can get job opportunities in -Biotech companies -Hospitals -Chemical laboratories etc |
