Which stream is better in B.tech, C.S.E or E.C.E?
Which stream provides good salary?

It is totally up to you that in which field you have your interest.

My suggestion to you is that you should not go only on for the scope and good salary, you should take care of your personal interest also.

I am saying this due to the fact that we will perform our best in the interested field.

If you have good knowledge in your field then definitely you can earn good salary in any of the stream.

Many big electronics companies like the toshiba, intel, phillips are looking for graduates with exceptional talent. The salary packages are also high up to 5 lakhs per annum.

My suggestion to you is that whatever field you choose you should complete your summer training from any well recognized and knowledge place.

And It is good for you if you make a report on that.

Also make your project in your core field. It will definitely helps you.
