Which stream I can select right after 12th if I am interested in Maths?


Sir/Mam,

I am shital from indore I was passed 10+2 with 75% Mark's with maths , maths is my favorite subject so please give me correct advice I was which stream to do admission? Can you please give me the complete details soon? Thank you!

Maths is backbone of almost all the subject which comes under science & commerce stream.
since you like maths so much i suggest you to pursue graduation in maths. you can even complete your graduation in stastics or commerce.
Interest in Maths means you like solving complexity, provide solution for problems. Hence so many fields are open for you.

There are various courses which you can do after 10+2 in mathematics courses. Some of the best courses for you:

1. Engineering.

2. You can pursue bachelor's degree in Mathematics from a top university like Delhi University, BHU etc.

3. Bachelor of Computer application etc.

It's nice that you have an interest in maths & want to choose field related to maths. You should choose your interesting field in which you are more interested. If you are from science stream , then you can choose either Engineering or B.Sc (maths) course. If you are from commerce stream , then you can choose BCA , BBA or B.Com with accounting specialization course.

If, you have interest in mathematics you can pursue B.Sc Mathematics hons. in graduation.

But, other than this you can also go for B.Com, Economics hons., B.tech and other stream to.

So, select the course as per your interest and as per your future goal.

I would like to suggest you to opt for BSC Honours in Mathematics from top universities of our country by qualifying the entrance exam conducted by the University. You must have scored minimum of 50% marks in your 12th to qualify the entrance exam. Your age limit should be in between 17 to 25 years.

Mathematics is your favorite subject so you can do B.Sc in Mathematics. The other course are given below.

If you have interest in Mathematics you can take up engineering or CA after your 12th,if you wants to see your self as a Charted Accountant and if you have the capability in accounts also then take up CA course by appearing for the CPT examination after your 12th class.
CPT is the Common Proficiency test which is conducted for the entry level of the CA course and you need to appear for it after your 12th class.

If you want to go for Engineering you can also opt for it after your 12th class through many entrance examinations like IIT,JEE,AIEEE,Eamcet,etc.

Engineering is the 4 years bachelors of technology course which can be done in many streams in which you have to opt one stream in which you wants to grow your career.
