MCA stands for Master of Computer Applications. It is a post graduate course and there are a number of very good colleges and universities in India offering this course.

In the final year of the course you get to specialize in some of the following areas:

Trouble Shooting
System Management
Internet
Hardware Technology
Software Development Networking
Application Software

If you have completed your BBA, BCA or B.Tech then you are eligible for this course. You have to secure a minimum 60% marks at graduation level to apply for this course.

It is important for you to have mathematics as one of your subject at 10+2 level.

The admission procedure generally varies from one college to the other. But to get into the top most colleges you have to give an entrance exam.
