Re: Which are the subjects available in PCS? How to prepare for them?
PCS stands for Provincial Civil Service examination and is conducted for recruitment of candidates in state service as an officer.
The eligibility to appear in examination is candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university. The age limit varies with state PCS. Most commonly the examination is conducted in three stages as Preliminary, Mains and Interview. So, you have to qualify in all three stages of examination for final selection. There is also optional paper in Mains examination. For detail information about syllabus and examination procedure visit at state official PCS website. |
