I am a 3rd B.Tech IT student. I applied for GATE in this year. I don't know about the study materials of the GATE and i want to get a good rank in this exam. I am good at my studies. so will you please help me for this exam.

3. clear concepts of 2nd and 3rd year basically

There are a lot of study materials available in the market.You can also take coaching for GATE.The study materials of bright carrers academy may be helpful for you.

you must visit gateforums, onestopgate etc web sites for full syllabus and respective buks.
generally, standard buks are refered for preparations. e.g, operating system : Galvin,Computer networks: forouzen , stalling nd tannenbaun, etc
I would like to suggest you, dont run after whole syllabus, choose some topics according to their weightage in exam and prepare them well.
Dont be nervous, and tensed.
Whatever be happen , will be the best.

Look as you are IT student you need to cover following subject to get good rank
OS, TOC , Compiler Design, Programming methodology, computer network, DBMS,Discrete math, Computer architecture.
you have very limited days so start practicing as you are saying that you are good in studies so dont go for theoretical part start with numerical approach for which you may refer made easy publication notes or gateforume notes . purchase a 10 years solved paper book of gk publication and try to solve the question .

and regarding materials you have to do survey in your region

because you did not mention the region where you actually stay

for example if you say that you stay in hyderabad then it is easy to say you that you can get so and so book in koti book shop like
