sir,i am an b.tech fresher in ece and i want job compulsory and i am trying for that but i am not getting the job. so ,please give me suggestions for getting the job.

There are many companies in which you will apply for job. I advice you to work little a bit on yourself, be more prepare and make your communication perfect.

You have completed your B-TECH in ECE.

So you have many options to go like govt sector ,private sector or higher study also.

The govt sector options are -DRDO , BARC , ONGC , ISRO , NIC , IGDR , UPSC EXAM , BSNL JTO etc.

Also you are eligible in private sector also . the private sector company are TCS ,CTS ,IBM,HP,L&T,ALUNUS ,WIPRO etc.

The higher study options are MS , MBA ,M-TECH ,JRF ,SRF ,PHD etc.

But your graduation marks is must be 60% above because above mention organization have criteria .

Also you must be qualify in GATE ,CAT,MAT exam.

You want to go for a job after completion B.tech in ECE stream.. But my friend you have not mention that in which field you want to go..

4.Networking..

these are the important courses to get a job in software sector..Beside this you have to improve your soft skills like-

*Attitude
* politeness..
