Hi, the syllabus of the AIIMS , you can download it on this link <www.aiims.edu>
and the examination will be of objective contain 200 marks and have only 3 and 1/2 hour.There are 60 Q. each on PCB and 20 on GK. |

syallbus for AIIMS is same as aipmt (ALL INDIA PRE-MEDICAL TEST) ie you have study XI and XII cbse syallbus.
refer NCERT books to prepare basic and fundamental,then go for higher books to practice mcq as it is objective type of exam. |

Syllabus is not more than what you read in your 10+2...you can see syllabus detail in booklet which you will recieve along with application form or you can log on to its official website...syllabus is same as like other medicam entrance exam syllabus...

The original thread starter asked for the syllabus for the MBBS "entrance exam", not the MBBS one!
Provided pdfs are useless they're for the MBBS course not the EE. Syllabus for AIIMS entrance exam was & still is unknown...& there isn't one in the first place. But 50% ques come from the AIPMT syllabus, 10% Gk, 20% Assertion reasoning & the remaining 20% from Olympiads (phy/chem/bio). This yr (2010) a typical example goes something like this... Q) The emf of an electron microscope is changed from say 'x' kV to 'y' kV. What is the change in magnification (resolving power) of the microscope? Feeling dumb... eh!? |

hello teacher!it is mentioned that aiims syllabus contain 4 sections plz tell if i max lead inPCB but fails to clear boundary of GK then can i be got selected in aiims but reamber i have scorred max marks in PCB.

The total no. of seats in MBBS course in AIIMS is around 70 which also include the seats reserved for category students. You can get information regarding entrance exam in AIIMS at AIIMS' official website. http://www.aiims.edu/aiims/examsection/ The application forms for the same will be available in Jan-2k11 for the 2k11 entrance exam. thank you |

But the course is generally of 12 standard and all three subjects namely physics , chemistry, and biology is asked. You can even purchase the books from the market and the course is also mentined there too. |
