The notification published by the AAI doesn't clarify the exact syllabus and also there is no syllabus info available on its official website.
The selection shall be made on the basis of a
>Written test
-50% questions on subjects relating to educational qualifications prescribed
-50% on General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English etc.
>Personal Interview
>Medical fitness as per ICAO Annex-1.

The written test comprises of four parts.
1.General English
2.General Knowledge
3.Mental Ability
4.Elective paper from the concerned Engineering branch.

Engineering Degree in Electronics / Tele Communication /Radio Engg. / Electrical with Specialization in Electronics with Ist class ....

OR

M.Sc Degree or its equivalent with wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engg. as a special Subject. OR Equivalent with 1st Class ...

Exam is of objective type and after written exam there is an interview and an additional voice test for this post ..

Exam paper is of two hours and exam paper consists two sections ::

technical section and non technical section.

however there are no fixed number of questions in exam some times total number of question may be 100 or some time it may be 150.

Technical section contains questions from electronics / communication / microwave / digital electronics / control system / computer / information technology ...

Non technical section contains questions from general knowledge, English language, reasoning and general mathematics ....

Almost every year AAI (airport authority of India) organize exam for Junior Executive ATC and Junior Executive Electronics. minimum qualification for these posts are as -
(1) Junior Executive (ATC) :Engineering Degree in Electronics / Tele Communication /Radio Engg. / Electrical with Specialization in Electronics with Ist class (60%) OR M.Sc Degree or its equivalent with wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engg. as a special Subject. OR Equivalent with 1st Class
(50% for SC/ST).
2 Junior Executive (Electronics) Engineering Degree in Electronics / Tele Communication / Electrical with specialization in Electronics with Ist class (60%) OR M.Sc Degree or its equivalent with wireless communication,Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engg. as a special Subject. OR Equivalent with 1st Class (50% for SC/ST).

exam for both posts are of objective type and after written exam there are interview for both post but there is an additional voice test for the post of Junior Executive ATC.

exam paper of both examination is of two hours and exam paper consists two sections technical section and non technical section. however there are no fixed number of questions in exam some times total number of question may be 100 oir some time it may be 150. technical section contains 55% to 60% (questions from electronics / communication / microwave / digital electronics / control system / computer / information technology) non technical questions contains 40% to 40 % questions (from general knowledge, English language, reasoning and general mathematics).

Airport Authority of India(AAI) is a central Govt. service,so its little bit tough to join.
as joining the AAI have some steps such as Written Test,PI

As you are interested tojoin AAI in the post of Jr.Executive(ATC),so its required criteria are:

1:You should have the Engineering Degree in Electronics or Tele Communication or Radio Engg. or Electrical with Specialization in Electronics

OR
M.Sc Degree or its equivalent with wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engg.

2:You should have minimum 60% in aggregate in those degrees.
10% relaxation for SC/ST students.

3:There will be a voice test for the post of Junior Executive(ATC).

The exam pattern is as follows:

1:There will be all objective type questions.
there are two sections of the written exam of two hours

i)Technical section which is consists of (55% to 60% )questions from electronics , communication , microwave , digital electronics , control system , computer , information technology

ii)Non-Technical section which is consists of (40% to 45 %) questions from general knowledge, English language, reasoning and general mathematics.
