Syllabus, Exam Pattern, Eligibility Criteria, Age limit of MSc Electronics entrance exam? What will be my salary after passing MSc Electronics? How to prepare for the exam? Which books should I use?


I'm in B.Sc. (Electronics) and want to do M.Sc. in electronics. I want to know the syllabus, pattern, eligibility criteria, age limit and number of attempts available for this exam. I'd also like to know what amount of salary and other facilities will I'll get if I clear this exam. Please tell me how to prepare for this exam and which books should I use?

DETAILS OF MSC-ELETRONICS:-

Eligibility of the Course:-

1)Any person who has taken the degree of B.Sc. of this University or the degree
of any other statutory University recognized as equivalent, and has kept four
semester terms in the University as a postgraduate student be admitted to the
examinations for the degree of Master of Science
2)A student shall be held eligible to the admission to the M.Sc. course provided
he/she has passed the B.Sc. examination either with the principal subject or
with a subsidiary / interdisciplinary / applied / allied subjects and has passed
the entrance examination conducted by the University.
3)The students with B.Sc.(General Course) from other University shall be
eligible if they qualify through the entrance examination and they score
minimum 55% i.e. B+ marks in the subject at the B.Sc. examinations.

Admission/Selection procedure:-
The admission to the M.Sc. Electronics course is by entrance examination. 50% of
the marks scored in the entrance examination and 50% of the marks scored in the
final year examination are added to prepare the merit list and admissions are given
on the basis of merit

Duration of the Course:-
M.Sc. Electronics is a two year, four semester full time course.

EXAM PATTERN: -

2. Attempt any three questions out of Q.3 to Q.7.
3. All questions carry equal marks.

Minimum 20% numerical problems will be included wherever possible.
