HPCL Officers Trainee Written exam will include two papers.These will be in Section I for General Aptitude Section and Section II will include questions from Technical Background.

Details on Paper I :- This section will include objective type questions from -

• Intellectual Potential.
• Logical Reasoning.
• Data Interpretation.
• Quantitative Aptitude.
• English Language.

Total number of questions will be 120.
Total duration for this section will be 02 hours.
Each questions will be of 1 marks.

Details on Paper II :- This section will also include objective type questions from technical background.Total number of questions will be 50.Total duration for this section will be 02 hours.Under this section questions will be asked from these sections :

• Petroleum Composition and Process.
• Mixtures.
• Chemical Technologies.
• Mass Transfer.
• Fluid Mechanics.
• CRE and Heat Transfer.
• Process Instrumentation and PDC.
