There is no specific syllabus for exam of IB
Its Paper comprises of Mahs, Reasoning, Current Affairs, English

I dont think you will get any paper online
For Preparation I will suggest these books

For maths Buy R.S. Aggarwal book "Mathematics For MBA"
For English buy S.P. Bakshi "Objective General English"
For Reasoning Buy any good Book
For G.K. read Daily Newspaper like The Hindu & Times Of India.

Nothing will come out of it in exam

What about the interviews questions? Which type of question asked in interviews?
