Ans : Attached tentative ISRO syllabus in this post.. check it over..

Ans : You can prepare for ISRO exam just like preparing for your placements wherein you have to have a deep knowledge in your core subjects because most of the questions will cover only your core subjects depending upon which stream you are in.

ISRO is a research Organisation and

it is the acronym of Indian Space Research Organisation

This is the annually conducted exam

this exam is conducted for various positions in the organisation like

Engineer

Scientist and so on

The exam conducted for both Engineer and Scientist is none other than same

The syllabus for this exam depends up on your branch too..

as you did not mentioned your branch
