GETCO is the gujarat energy transmission corporation organization which having a transmission network across the gujarat state.GETCO invites the application for the post of junior engineer in electrical.

Syllabus of exam
Question asked in exam related to following topics.
- power system
- basic electrical engineering
- DC battery system
- HVAC & HVDC network
- transmiasion lines & substation design
- Relay & protection
80% asked related to above topics & 20% asked about general knowledge & english language.
Getco conducts online exam & No any paper available from any websites.but paper will be asked from syllabus topics.so you can prepare for that topic by topic from raference books & after completion of each topic , you should do practice of that topic by solving mcq's.if you have friends from electrical engineer , then you can get papers for distribution company's exam which is also similar to getco exam & you can get idea about the question paper.

Eligibility

Qualification
You should have bachelor degree in electrical engineering with aggregate percentage in 7th & 8th semester with 1st trial without ATKT.
Aggregate percentage : 60% for general & 55% for reserved category.

Age limit
For general : 30 years
For reserved : 35 years
For PH : 40 years
