B.Ed Entrance Exams
Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) is a course offered to students who are interested in pursuing a career in teaching. B.Ed degree is mandatory to teach students in higher primary and high schools in India. The minimum qualification required for entry to a B.Ed course is graduation in any field or any stream. If you are a graduate in arts you are trained to teach history and languages. A science graduate is trained to teach science subjects like math, physics and chemistry. Bachelors of education entrance exam or B.Ed entrance examination is undertaken in various universities of the different states. B.Ed Entrance Exams Application Form This fee varies for various universities, but ideally B.Ed entrance exam prospectus is available for Rs. 500 and the exam fee is Rs. 500/-. B.Ed entrance exam is conducted in all major cities of the state and country. B.Ed Exam Syllabus B.Ed entrance exam usually tests candidates on the following: 1. Language Test 2. Numerical Ability 3. General Knowledge and Mental Ability 4. English 5. Teaching Potential B.Ed Exam pattern Every university follows its own pattern to conduct B.Ed entrance exams and this test is usually objective type with multiple choice answers. This test is designed to measure the general aptitude of the candidate. Usually there is negative marking for wrong answers. B.Ed Exam Qualification The candidate must have passed a Bachelors/Masters course or an equivalent examination from a recognized university provided he has obtained at least 50% marks in the aggregate (45% for reserved category). |
