Yes, you are eligible to give NDA examination after completion of your 12th standard with PCB stream from a Government recognised board. Being a 12th standard PCB candidate, you are eligible to join Indian Army through NDA examination.

To be eligible to join Indian Navy or Air Force through NDA examination, the candidate must have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Mathematics and Physics subjects from a Government recognised board.

As per the information you have mentioned in your query, you have passed 12th standard PCB, so, you are eligible to appear in NDA examination only if you are interested to join Indian Army.
