I finished B.E (CSE) in AnnaUniversity affliated College.I want to join in Government job.Is there any opportunity for get a job in Government.Is there any exams conducting for that? Tell me detail about all the government exams and also central government exams.I am a girl.

there is VAO exam for administrative post in Tamil Nadu.

It seems you are asking for the Tamil nadu Govt exams. If so, Yes, There are many opportunities. The state commision is conducting TNPSC exams for entry into tamil nadu government jobs. You better check with the TNPSC website http://www.tnpsc.gov.in/ for more details. For central government jobs, UPSC is there. Go through the UPSC website to have clear details on various entries. The site http://www.upsc.gov.in.

You can apply for the the TNPSC exam,It stands for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission and gerally conducted for the graduate and undergraduate exam...

So better option for you to to TNPSC ,There are four groups in this exam and each have different eligibility.

As you are from CSE background you have a lot of choices for the job.
If you want to work in a govt. organisation then you can apply for ISRO,DRDO,NIC.
