Hello friend i would like to advise you as an Indian that first try to get admission in mbbs iN iNDIA then if you not get a good college then go for abroad

Now answer to your query sorry to say that In germany ,there is no MBBS /MD available in English
If you wish to do study in Germany ,you must go for learning German language
