after doing government polytechnic in uttarakhand we can do b-tech from delhi

No, it is not possible to apply for bank exams with your polytechnic qualification because bachelor degree is the minimum educational qualification required to apply for bank clerk and PO posts.
# IBPS and SBI will conduct the recruitment exams for clerk and PO posts in government sector banks and Regional Rural Banks.
# Age limit :
-> For bank clerk post is 21-28 years and for Bank PO post is 21-30 years and the age relaxations are : 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC and ST candidates, 10 years for Orthopedically handicapped candidates.
# Recruitment process for bank exams:
-> preliminary examination
-> Main exam
-> Personal Interview.
# Examination fee for bank clerk and PO posts is Rs.600/- for General and OBC category candidates and Rs.100/- for reserved category candidates.
