Is there any sports quota available for IAS and IPS? Can you please give me the information on this? What is the minimum criteria and the cut-offs available to apply? It will be really helpful if you can give me the information on the same as I have very less knowledge about it.

No, there is no sports quota available in Indian Administrative Services and Indian Police Services. Reservation is given to OBC and SC/ST candidates. The minimum qualification for Civil Services examination is that candidate must have done bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

The age limit is 21-32 years. Three years upper age relaxation applicable to candidates of reserved category like OBC and five years to SC/ST candidates. There are three stages of this exam, first stage is preliminary which has two papers.

Second paper CSAT is qualifying where you need to score 33% marks only. If you score 130 marks plus in General studies paper, then most probably, you will be eligible for Mains exam and last stage is interview.
