The question paper of various TNPSC exam are attached with this forum.
The paper of Village administrative officer exam (VAO) is based on following pattern

SUBJECTS

1.General Knowledge (S.S.L.C. Standard)
The duration of this paper is of 3 hrs.The paper is of 150 marks. The candidate applying for this paper should have to score at least 90 marks.


2.Tamil/General English (S.S.L.C. Standard)
This paper is also of 150 marks and the duration of this paper is for 3 hrs. The qualifying marks of this paper is 90 marks.

Academic - MA (Cooperation)/M Com with Cooperation or Degree in Cooperation or Diploma in Rural Services or Diploma in Associateship of Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Age - 21-28 years. No age limit for SC/ST/BC candidates.

Tamil Nadu Cooperative Subordinate/Secretariat/ Ministerial Services Examination:-
Academic Qualification -Degree.
For Co-operative Subordinate Service - Degree plus Diploma in Rural Services
Age - 21-28 years.

Tamil Nadu Forest Subordinate Services Examination:-
Academic Qualifications - B.Sc.
Age - 18-28 years

Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Subordinate Services Group VII
Examination:-
Academic Qualifications - Degree.
Age - 30-35 years.
