in karachi from where i can do ASCP course?

i have a question witch is so importent to me,i have bachelor degree in chemical engineering & now for studing master,i dont know which course is better,master of science in chemistry or master of chemical engineering,im intrested in both of them,i dont know witch one has a better futer!!!
