most of the b.tech colleges of india are offering m.tech also. it depends on in which stream you want to do m.tech because every college is not having m.tech in all the streams. all the iit and nit are best for doing m.tech in respect of study and placement. other than those, bits pilani, thapar university, vit vellore are also very good. you can try in those also.
