The fee structure for different B.Tech. courses at Kalinga Universities per semester is Rs 1,10,000/-. A B.Tech. course has 4 years (8 semesters) of duration. Apart from this there is Rs 1000/- registration fee and Rs 1000/- exam fee per semester.

For B.Tech. students the per semester hostel fees is Rs. 17500/-. The one time hostel admission and other fees is Rs. 7500/-. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with round-the-clock wireless internet and intranet connectivity. All the hostels have attached canteens serving good quality Indian and Continental foods. Each hostel has 24-hour reading room and facility for indoor and outdoor games.
