I am a post graduate in Tourism Administration.I would like to do phd in tourism.So i'm looking for universities especially outside India to do my phd where i can get good exposure.But the cost for going abroad is very high which i cannot afford.So I'm looking for universities that offer scholarship to Indian students to do phd.Would you please tell me which universities offer such scholarships?

Let me clarify to you that all the PHD courses in foreign countries are fully funded. That means that you will not have to spend anything. In return of your research they will pay you a stipend.

I am currently pursuing Master of Engineering .My course will end in 2014 so what is criteria to get PhD admission in UK universities which will also provides scholarship for an international student so that I can pay my fees.So just tell me what procedures I have to follow so that I can get an admission in 2014 for PhD in UK.Waiting for reply.
