I did M.Sc in Industrial Chemistry, and i searching PhD courses in UK or USA with scholership. so if you find any vacancies please inform me, and my email id is [email protected]

PHD in foreign countries are fully funded that means you will be paid and your tution fees will also be given by the university. As phd is research they pay you handsomely.
The deadline for admission is generally 5-jan or little before. You should start applying one year in advance.
For toefl you will need a score of 8 or nine in written test that is the only form done in India.
You should apply with a letter of interest, 3 recommendations, and upload your qualifications.
The GRE score is very important. GRE is for graduate record examination which is conducted in India in November October and March. You should apply now for the november exam.
You will also have to submit a research proposal on which your selection will be based.
So get in contanct with any proffesor and chart out a research proposal and submit.
