To do B.Ed. by correspondence one must have a bachelor or higher degree from a recognized university, and two years full time regular teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post Graduate Teachers in primary, secondary/higher/senior secondary school recognized by the central or a state government or a union territory.
As you don't has any teaching experience, you are not eligible to do B.Ed by correspondence. This condition applies to all recognised/ approved universities offering B.Ed by correspondence in India. Try these universities. May be you get some relaxation in any one to join B.Ed. There are many open universities, few of them are below;
1- IGNOU 2- Annamalai 3- Madurai Kamraj University. 4- Jammu University etc Among these IGNOU is the best one. The course is for 2 years duration from all open universities. You should be graduate in relevant field for B.Ed. |

The minimum educational requirement for Bed. in almost all the top colleges/universities is a graduate degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks for general candidates & 45% marks for SC/ST candidates.
