hello friend i would like to help you dont take tension you should first check your application form status on the official website with your applicattion form number if it is accepted or not
then if it is not accepted then write to the authorities they will immediattely act

regarding admit card aremavailiable there. so please visit the UPSC

UPSC has given a facility to download admit cards from the site. You can visit this site
http://www.upsc.gov.in/ and go to "What is new" section, select Prelims exam and you can get the status of your application by form number or roll number. You can take a print out of this admit card.

Union Public Service Commission ( UPSC) notification for the Civil Services Examination 2010
The last date for receipt of application forms for UPSC Civil Services Examination, 2010 is 1st February, 2010.
The one-day preliminary written examination will be held on 23rd May, 2010 Sunday.
Eligibility criteria : Candidates having a degree from a recognised university or an equivalent qualification will be eligible to apply for the test.
Age limit : 21-30 years on 1st August, 2010.

dear friend if you got your acknowlegement card issue by UPSC exam counsil then you should not yake any tension, kindly just wait.
& if you didn't get your acknowledgement card then you have to contact with official person, or you can log in www.upsc.gov.in

ask for duplicate admit for upsc prelim exam from its office.
if you have filled up the form correctly then only you will be able to receive the admit card.

if you have lost your admit card then the only mean to know more and get your duplicate admit card is to go on the offical site with your application form num. there you can get a duplicate copy of your admit card

There mightbe two possibilities for not getting the admit card ,

1. you might did not fill up the application form correctly...

2.or there may be some problem in the post offices....

The first one is common so better to contact the UPSC official for your problem....

You can visit the UPSC website there you can get duplicate admit card for exam.

wait upto the previous weak of the exam to be conduct.....in that date you won't receive means go through the link...www.upsc.gov.in and select the feedback link and send to the your feedback they will clear your problems about the exams
