I have completed my pg in April 2009.i then joined MPhil in vm university...but my provisional came with degree holder of MPhil in dec 2009.all are saying it's not possible can the date and month be changed while getting the convocation...it's needed for me now...

l have completed my m.sc math from distance education in VMU 2007
but haryana govt education department hold my joining on pgt math
what reason behind it i am highly depresed now
