Is the WBJEE merged with AIPMT or CET?
Sir,
My daughter is a student of class 12. She wish to appear wbjee for medical and engineering both. But there is some confusion about medical entrance. Is it marged with AIPMT or CET. Kindly confirm me . Thanking you , Shyamal Chakraborty. |

WBJEE stands for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination. No it is not merged with the AIPMT. Your daughter can appear for the WBJEE for engineering and medical undergraduate courses admission in West Bengal.
This entrance test is conducted by the West Bengal State government board for undergraduate course admission in various engineering and medical colleges in West Bengal. For any more detail Click here . AIPMT is the All India Pre Medical Test conducted by the CBSE for undergraduate admissions in MBBS and BDS course in government medical colleges approved by central government. So, your daughter can apply for both WBJEE and AIPMT in same year. |
