My son's DOB is 01-11-2007, now he is in 9th class and he is 11 years and 8 months old. Now school said that he cannot take registration in 9th class in this session 2019-20. What should I do now?

To appear for 9th class, board hasn't given any age limit and thus any age limit can appear for the class with equivalent mental ability to appear for the examination.
