what is better for me after BCA mba or mca i have passed my graduation with 65% in SMU DE in Delhi i m confused what is better for me because i have no interest in IT sector and problem in math and programing but english is good please suggest me. Amit kumar singh Bhagalpur (Bihar).

After completing your BCA degree, you can apply for any of the courses such as MBA or MCA. The important point in this regard is that the candidates should only get in to a field in which they have ample interest. You have already mentioned that you are less interested in the IT field and also to study the mathematics subject. In such a case, it will be better for you to join the MBA course. This will help you to get in to the more administrative related field. You can join MBA course by attending the CAT/MAT exam.

After completing your B.C.A degree you can apply for any of course such as MBA or M.C.A.But My point of you M.C.A is best option after completing your B.C.A degree because lots of scope in now a days in M.C.A degree.Many IT companies prefer the M.C.A candidates.M.C.A is course one of the best course after completing B.C.A.

MCA stands for Master of Computer Application and the course is divided into Six semesters and duration of course is three years.

Eligibility Criteria :-

The candidate need to completed bachelor's degree in any desire subject from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and the candidate must secure at least 50-60% aggregate marks in their examination.Final year candidates are eligible to apply for M.C.A entrance examination.

If you are interested apply for this examination.The entrance examination are AIMCET,DU,TANCET,VIT Entrance exam,JNU MCA exam,MAH-MCA-CET.....etc.

Details of M.B.A :-

And Another option is M.B.A course,It is a one of the best course in public sector and private sector.There is a lots of Specialization are available in this courses.Some specialization like HR,Accounting,Finance,Marketing,Banking,Rural Management,Logistics,Hospitality Management,Hotel Management....etc.

M.B.A Stands for Master of Business Administration and this course is divided into four semesters and duration of course is two years.

dear friend you ask your self in which sector you are interested, because you know better about yourself
if your interested in management then you go for mba, and if your interested in computer side then go for mca, but if you go for mba you need maths (eg. mba in finance), when you say your not interested in IT and not good ant maths then you can go for mba in certtain field with minimum maths, but a bit maths has to be there like mab in human resource management

I suggest to go for MBA but from a reputed college.

Let me explain how MBA can make a difference...

Doing MCA will get you a job in an IT company which basically pay you a less package. But if you will do MBA then you will be having the chance to enter into the management of company. Management is also very good for career opportunities.

If you dont want to continue furthermore in the IT sector then it is useless thinking about MCA. The best option you have left is MBA.

MBA has become mandatory now-a-days. You can pursue MBA in HR, Marketing, Finance, International Business, etc. There are many entrance exams like CAT, MAT, GMAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.

Normal Business schools offer placements to students ranging between 6-8 lakhs. High level business schools offer placements to students ranging from 10-14 lakh and even international placements.

So MBA is the way to go.

both are good but you completed bca so, you should go with MCA because Master of Computer Application or MCA is one of the most sought after and evidently the most competitive of IT courses. Basically it is a software-oriented programme with some elements of hardware and a little management orientation

MCA is a time bound three-year (six-semester) course, approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and conducted by almost all the Universities of India.but you direct admission also.

The selection of the students is based on a written test. The aspiring students with Bachelor's or equivalent degree thereof with minimum of 50% to 60% (subject to notification) are eligible.

This is a very common questions which most students face after

completing their Bachelor degree. It depends on what you want really.

Different people will think differently and have different reasons for choosing

either MCA or MBA. I wont say whether you do this or do that.

It is upto you really. But I can help you in choosing the same.


If you have done really well in your BCA and are interested in this line then

you should go for MCA. After you complete your MCA, you will have real good

job opportunities and after working for few years then you can complete your

MBA to increase your salary and better job prospects.


You can go MBA if you are no longer interested in continuing from BCA. MBA

will open up new avenues for your future. It will be like a new start and if you

manage to complete your MBA from a recognized college then it will be very

beneficial for your career.

Dear Aspirant,

As a Graduate person you can do MBA or MCA also. You studied BCA, as per your background you should do the MCA. But, you have no interest in the IT sector, then firstly identified the field, in which you have interest.
You can do the MBA, there are many field in which you can take admission:

Finance
Human Resources
Marketing
Agriculture
International Business
