If you have failed in class 10th, than only thing that you can do is to give the 10th class exams gain next year.

I would suggest that do not leave your studies right now, if you have failed.
You need to see in which subjects you have failed and what are the subjects in which you are weak.
Study those subjects and take tutions if necessary and give the 10th class exams gain next year.

If you work hard you would definitely pass the exams.

After 10th, do tyour 12th or intermediate.
In 12th choose that stream among arts, commerce and science in which you are comfortable or which you think you can easily understand.

Atleast if you complete your Graduation, you have some chance of getting a job.

The only thing you must do is to reappear for the supplementary exam. Try to clear the papers at the earliest. Supplementary exams are usually conducted within 1-2 months after exam results got published. Else, you can attend the exam by next year. Continue studies till graduation (at least) and then try for a job.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
