after B.Sc. in biotechnology you can opt M.Sc. in biotechnology.for entrance in M.Sc. jnu conducts CBEE(combined biotechnology entrance exam) for top 28universities,including JNU, in india.exam held every year in the month of may-june.for more information you can logon at-www.jnu.ac.in
you can also take GRE(graduation record examination) for PhD in abroad.

1.M.Sc in Biotechnology

2.MBA - If you have interest in management field then you can go MBA course.
Which is much more job prospective, than any other course.
