With this rank unfortunately its not possible for you to get any IIT institutes. Your name will be in the waiting list only. But its tough to get a seat in any IIT college.
You can wait for rank of other entrance exams you have given and try for other colleges which comes after IIT rankwise. If thats not a good option then sitting out for a year is always open. Choice is yours. Choose wisely dear. all the best
