What are the chances of getting jobs in top IT companies having passed MCA but with 3 back logs?


I have 3 back logs in MCA 3rd semester. However, I have somehow managed to complete my 3rd year with an aggregate of 78% but, did not re-appeared for those 3 back logs papers. What are the chances of securing job? Should I clear those as well?
