Options are plenty after completing 12th standard. You can apply for MBBS, BDS, BAMS etc. Also in the medical field itself you have options like nursing, Biochemistry, Lab Technician course etc. If interested you can go for engineering or other B.Sc courses too. You need to appear for the entrance exam based on the course that you are applying for. You will get a salary if you have good conceptual knowledge in your area of specialisation and good academic record.

i have completed 10th ,i preferred bio-maths group.after 12th which courses to selectto get job with high salary except in medical line?
