what is a crf stamp?where i can get it?

The meaning of the CRF is Central Recruitment Fee stamp.
It is mostly used to pay the form or exam fees. For example UPSC makes use of this stamp paper as a fee.
It is available in Rs.50, Rs.100, Rs.200 denomination.
You can get it from the post offices.
