Re: where to submit UPSC application form?
For the UPSC exam i suppose you must be referring to the Civil Service exams.
Then there are 2 ways to register for the exam. 1.Offline Method: You can purchase the offline forms from the designated post offices across the country fill the form and send it to the mentioned address. Cost of form is Rs.30/-.No fee for Women,SC/ST and physically handicapped. 2.Online Method: You can fill the online form at: http://upsconline.nic.in/index.php The procedure is simple and and fast. I suggest that you go for the online method as it is better and very easy. You can find the procedure to fill the form on their official website. Important Dates: *Last Dates of submitting form:21.03.2011 *Date of Prelim Exam:12.06.2011 *Date of Mains exams:29.10.2011 I have attached the notification for your reference. |

Re: where to submit UPSC application form?
Pl.specify whether UPSC approval is taken before the officers were deputed from one ministry to the others incl. State Govt. and within the Ministry, ie., posting in Vigilance organisation, General Administrative posts such as DRM/GM/Members of Railway Board, etc. If so please circular relevant to the point and whether UPSC maintains any record of details of consent/approval given for deputational transfers from one Ministry to the other incl. State Govt., General Admn. posts like Vigl., RRBs, etc.
