TCS is one the leading software companies in the country. It is also one among the dream companies for a number of computer engineers. The major chunk of the annual recruitment comes in through campus recruitment. The qualifications to attend the interview vary from college to college. The other modes in which candidates are selected for the company is through direct recruitment. It is usually through reference or through direct application. They would prefer candidates who have the required experience for the post for which they have applied.
