There are 1000s of colleges in India where M.Sc Organic chemistry classes are conducted.Your query does not narrow down any areas be it state wise,city wise,University wise or anything as such.
However,Masters forms are usually available after April/May when the Graduation final exams are over and Universities and colleges start rolling out notifications for Post Graduate admissions.
If you know which University or which college you want to take admission then check its website at frequent intervals after April/May or after its exams are over. If that college is in your city then you can also check in newspapers about its notifications.

in india most of universities providing M.SC. in ,chemistry.and all those universities release form in the month of april/may .because the the result of b.sc. use to announce in the same month .so be update with your interested university and whenever form will get release you should apply for this
