What is difference between B.Sc Biotechnology and B.Tech Biotechnology?

Hi, I am very much confused about two courses and those are B.Sc in Biotechnology and B.Tech in Biotechnology. What is the difference between these two? Which has more scope and opportunities and degree value?

B.Sc is Bachelor of science and B.Tech is Bachelor of Technology.
The difference is, in B.Sc you just study about science in biotechnology but in B.Tech you will be studying about technological applications in biotechnology.
And B.Sc is for 3years whereas B.Tech is for 4years
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
