I think B.Tech Biotechnology is far better than B.Sc Biotechnology because
B.Tech has more preference.In B.Tech u will have more practical and theoretical knowledge and moreover subjects are also less as compared to B.Sc.
So better to go for B.Tech as scope is also bright
