What is the difference between IHM and IIHM?
I cannot understand whether IHM and IIHM are same or not???

My question to you is that I have done 10th CBSE 2001 with 65% 12th CBSE 2004 with 56% PCM & B.sc maths 2010 with 60.11% . Can I go to companies like wipro, tcs etc.... If not tell me some career options plz.
