What to do after 12th standard to get a job in Navy any one of the MErchant or Indian NAtional? I know swimming, what else I should be trained to ensure that I will be eligible for Navy? Can you please guide me with the right details on the same? Awaiting for your valuable suggestions to reach my goal.

After 12th, you can join Naval Academy where you will be trained for the post of officer. Eligibility criteria for merchant navy is as follows-

>> Completed Class 12th with Maths, Chemistry and Physics.

>> Minimum 65% marks in PCM and 60% aggregate in 10+2.

>> Unmarried Male candidates

>> Age limit- Not greater than 25 yrs at the time of joining the course.

>> Medically and mentally fit

>> Eyesight 6/6 and corrected eyesight of not more than 6/9.

>> No color blindness
