You can go for M.Tech in electronics or ECE. Communication systems, digital electronics, electronic circuit and systems, etc are other suitable specialization streams. M.Tech degree can be opted with microwave electronics, micro electronics and networks. Selection of the subjects can be done according to your interest.

After scoring 60% in B.Tech ECE, yes you are eligible to go for M.Tech course.

For joining M.Tech course, students should apply for GATE Exam.

GATE means Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. It is organized once in a year.

Depending on your score in GATE Exam, you can get admission for M.Tech course either in colleges or in IIM's.

After doing M.Tech in ECE, you can go for Government Jobs in your core companies.

Get books for GATE Exam and study them. Practice GATE previous year papers.

Hello,
it is very good decision that you want to do the job after your master's degree.
But you can't do both Master's degree at the same time. you can opt either M.Tech. or MBA at a time as your master degree.
for M.Tech. you need to fight GATE examination. GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.
GATE exam is conducted once a year for candidates to get selected in IITs and other national universities and institutions for M.Tech.
After M.Tech. you can work as a professor or do some research work in top institutes.
if you want to go for MBA then there are exams like CAT, CMAT, XAT which allows you to get admission in a top level institute of India like IIM.
After MBA one can make a career in management or business field.
Hope this information will help you to take a decision.
thank you!!
