Respected Sir, I am pursuing Engineering and I am in the 1st year of the course. I want to apply for NDA exam so I want to know what do I have to study in NDA training Institutes to appear for the NDA entrance exam? Please answer as soon as possible.

If your born is before the 1st July, 2001 and later than 2nd July, 1998, then you are eligible to write NDA. You should study and learn as per syllabus of NDA. NDA is conducted by UPSC twice a year in the month of June & December.

NDA Eligibility
- You must be Indian.
- Unmarried Males are only eligible for NDA.
- You should have passed 12th class in any stream for Army and passed with science stream for Navy/Air Force wings.
- Your born should not earlier than 1st July, 1998 & not later than 2nd July, 2001.
- You must be good physically and mentally.

NDA Exam Pattern

Paper I : Maths (2.5 Hours)
- 120 Questions
- 300 Marks

Paper II : General Ability (2.5 Hours)
Part A : English (Total Marks : 200)
Part B : General Knowledge (Total Marks : 400)

NDA Application Procedure
- Go to the site : www.upsconline.nic.in
- Click on link "Online Application".
- In Part I Registration, Fill the Personal & Education details.
- Verify all details & Click on "I Agree".
- Note down your registration number.
- In Part II Registration, Make a payment of application fee & Upload the scanned documents.
- Read declaration carefully and Click "Agree" to submit your application.

NDA Important Dates
- Notification Release On : 18th January, 2017
- Last Date to Apply : 10th February, 2017
- NDA Exam : 23th April, 2017

To apply for NDA exam your age must not be more than 19 years.

Eligibility Criteria for NDA examination

You should have qualified 12th with physics,chemistry & mathematics.

Age should be more than 16.5 years & less than 19.5 years.
