After completing engineering degree, you can look for higher education programs like M.tech, M.E, M.S, etc. To join M.Tech/M.E course, you must score well in GATE exam. State wise exams like TANCET will also help in the purpose. M.S degree courses can be pursued by qualifying examinations like GRE, TOEFL, ILETS, etc. Graduates in any stream can apply for MBA by qualifying CAT exam.
